A Moscow magistrate’s judge has fined the Twitch video streaming service four million rubles ($44,400) for failing to perform actions mandated in a compliance order issued by the Russian Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor), the press service of the Tagansky District Court of Moscow told TASS.
