CAIRO, December 12. /TASS/. Russia anticipates that trade with Egypt will total $7 bln by the end of the yea, Russian trade representative in Egypt Alexey Tevanyan said on Tuesday.

"Trade turnover between Egypt and Russia increased by more than 25% in the last nine months compared to the same period last year. We expect the figure to approach or even exceed $7 bln by the end of the year," he said.

Despite all difficulties in Russia and in Egypt, he believes that developing trade turnover is the best evidence that bilateral relations are improving and Russian goods are entering the Egyptian market.
