As of 3:34 p.m. Moscow time (12:34 p.m. GMT), the dollar was up by 1.2% at 92.01 rubles.

As of 4:02 p.m. Moscow time (1:02 p.m. GMT), the dollar was up by 1.31% at 92.12 rubles. Meanwhile, the euro was up by 1.3% at 99.78 rubles, while the yuan was up by 1.13% at 12.877 rubles.
