Russia, Tajikistan speaking for more active trade, economic cooperation

MOSCOW, November 21. /TASS/. Russia and Tajikistan stand for making cooperation in the trade and economic sphere more active, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rakhmon said after the meeting with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
"We gave a high estimate to the level of interaction between our countries in the year of the thirtieth anniversary of signing the agreement on friendship, cooperation and mutual aid. We spokes for promoting cooperation in the trade and economic sphere," Rakhmon said.
The parties came to terms on common efforts for further growth of indicators in this sphere in years to come, the leader of Tajikistan said. "Issues of expanding investment cooperation were discussed. An agreement was reached in this regard to hammer out implementation of major investment projects in different economic sectors," Rakhmon added.
