MOSCOW, November 14. /TASS/. The MOEX index fell below 3,200 points for the first time since November 3.

As of 14:24 Moscow time, the MOEX index declined by 1.5% to 3,199.69 points. By 14:43 Moscow time, the MOEX index accelerated its decline and reached 3,195.37 points (-1.63%), while the RTS index decreased by 0.85% to 1,107.97 points.

At the opening of the trading session, the MOEX index amounted to 3,236.48 points (-0.36%) and the RTS index was 1,115.02 points (-0.22%).
