MOSCOW, November 11. /TASS/. South Sudan has opened its market to Russian businesses and is offering cooperation in the oil sector to Russia, South Sudanese Ambassador to Moscow Chol Tong Mayay told TASS in an interview.
"In fact, this cooperation, the oil, this is what we are offering to Russia," the diplomat said. "That one is not a donation from Russia. According to Chol Tong Mayay, South Sudan could be a very good market for Russian entrepreneurs and "they admire our country."
According to the ambassador, such cooperation with Russia would benefit the people of South Sudan and improve the economic situation in the country. Also, Russia has offered scholarships in education to South Sudanese citizens, he said.
"So, our students will benefit from the Russian technology. And this is what we would like to benefit also because we need the Russian technology.
