MOSCOW, November 6. /TASS/. The Russian stock market declined at the beginning of the trading session on Monday.
The MOEX index fell by 0.04% to 3.207,47 points and the RTS index was down by 0.21% to 1,091.39 points as of 10:00 a.m. Moscow time (7:00 a.m. GMT).
The MOEX index rose by 0.17% to 3.214,22 points by 10:10 a.m. and the RTS index was up by 0.13% to 1.095,15 points.
