Mutual trade of Eurasian Economic Union growing in 8M 2023 — official
Strengthening of cooperative ties among the EAEU states is observed, Mikhail Myasnikovich said
BISHKEK, October 26. /TASS/. The volume of mutual trade among member-states of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) gained 9.6% in January - August 2023, chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission Mikhail Myasnikovich said.
"The mutual trade volume among Union countries surged by 9.6% over eight months, with supported growth of trade with third countries," Myasnikovich noted.
Strengthening of cooperative ties among the EAEU states is observed, the official said. Supplies of cooperatively made goods gained 5.2% against the like period of the last year, he added.
"It is very important that the industrial output volume stood at 103.2% against the relevant period of the last year, and 106.6% in the processing industry, where the intellectual potential and competitive products are concentrated," the official stressed.
