KazTransOil exporting over 80,000 metric tons of oil monthly via Atyrau — Samara pipeline
According to the press service, the measure was taken for purposes of keeping maximal technical capacity of oil pumping at the Atyrau - Samara main oil pipeline segment during the winter period
ASTANA, October 24. /TASS/. KazTransOil plans to export at least 80,000 metric tons of oil monthly over the Atyrau - Samara oil pipeline from October 2023 to April 2024, the press service of the Kazakh oil operator said.
"From October 2023 to April 2024, KazTransOil will be transporting oil from the Kashagan field via the Atyrau - Samara segment of the Uzen - Atyrau - Samara main oil pipeline, and then over the Transneft system with subsequent shipment in the Black Sea area (Sheskharis terminal, port of Novorossiysk), with the volume of at least 80,000 metric tons monthly," the company said.
The measure was taken for purposes of keeping maximal technical capacity of oil pumping at the Atyrau - Samara main oil pipeline segment during the winter period, KazTransOil added.
