This is going to be the second-largest harvest of around 140 mln tons after last year’s 158 mln tons, Victoria Arbamchenko said
ULAANBAATAR, October 24. /TASS/. Russian farmers may harvest around 140 mln tons of grain in 2023, Deputy Prime Minister Victoria Arbamchenko said.
"As far as I know some 137 mln tons of grain have already been harvested by now, and around 90 [mln tons of] wheat," she told reporters. "This is going to be the second-largest harvest of around 140 mln tons after last year’s 158 mln tons," Abramchenko added.
"Regarding exports - around 60 mln tons. All in all, regarding wheat we will confidently be the world’s largest exporter," she noted.
