MOSCOW, July 31. /TASS/. Some business owners are willing to pay a tax of 15% of the market value of assets while exiting the Russian market, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said in an interview with TASS.

"A minimum contribution of 10% is required," he noted. However, some business owners offer to pay 15%, and "we do not disagree," the minister added.

Siluanov also added that each application of foreign business to leave Russia is considered individually. "The president determines the conditions for the departure of foreigners, and certain issues are resolved at the subcommittee. The subcommittee meets once or twice a week. Applications are considered on an individual basis," the minister said.
