Russian producer of facial recognition technology enters Vietnamese market
It is noted that VisionLabs is showing its products in Vietnam for the first time
HANOI, April 5. /TASS/. Russia’s VisionLabs, one of the global leaders in facial recognition technology and computer-assisted learning, has presented its technology at the international trade show, Vietnam Expo 2023, which opened on Wednesday in Hanoi, the company’s public sector division head Pavel Sharavsky told TASS.
"We create products and package solutions in the area of facial and object recognition introduced by corporate and state companies around the globe. Our main solutions are meant for public entities, which are mainly connected with security, and our products and projects are also focused on the banking sector," he said.
VisionLabs is showing its products in Vietnam for the first time, Sharavsky said, adding that previously the company managed to successfully tap the Singapore and Malaysia markets, and now it is interested in establishing ties with Vietnamese government structures and representatives of local solution providers.
VisionLabs is participating in the collective exhibition organized by the Moscow City Government Department for External Economic and International Relations. It features 10 enterprises that are seeking to enter the Vietnamese market in such areas as IT, manufacturing, medicine and education.
