TULA, April 4. /TASS/. Russia’s manufacturing industry will receive more than 700 bln rubles ($8.82 bln) in financial assistance in 2023 and 2024, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said on Tuesday.

"I would like to emphasize right away that we have significantly increased support for industry in this three-year budget period. I'd like to add that the total amount of support for manufacturing industry this year and next reached more than 700 bln rubles per year," the minister said.

He noted that support for the industry in 2024 will also be increased. "In 2023 we increased additional support by 120 bln rubles, and in 2024 - by more than 150 bln rubles," the minister said.
