TULA, April 4. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated that it is necessary to actively develop tech partnerships with companies from friendly countries.

"It is necessary to actively develop technological partnerships with friendly foreign companies. We are open to full-fledged and long-term cooperation with all interested partners. Clearly, realizing these plans will require considerable resources, but it is also obvious that the returns to citizens, for growing their incomes through high-quality jobs will be many times greater," he said at a meeting of the State Council Presidium on Tuesday.

To do this, it is necessary to provide industry with effective support tools, Putin said, adding that the government should not drag its feet in implementing such programs.
