It is reported that the year of 2022 turned out to be one of the most successful in the plant's history in terms of vehicle shipments to the Russian market in money value
MINSK, March 29. /TASS/. Shipments of BelAZ products to Russia totaled $800 mln in 2022, Deputy CEO of the Belarusian heavy duty truck maker Vasily Shostak said on Wednesday.
"Despite major setbacks, we ended the year of 2022 quite successfully. Products worth over $800 mln were shipped to the Russian Federation alone. These include 866 dump trucks of different capacity, special equipment and machinery for underground mining," the senior manager said, as cited by the BelTA news agency.
The year of 2022 turned out to be one of the most successful in the plant's history in terms of vehicle shipments to the Russian market in money value, Shostak noted. "We assume from the current portfolio of orders that we will manage to surpass 2022’s results in 2023," he added.
