Average price of Urals crude oil totals $50.8 per barrel from Feb. 15 to March 14

Earlier reports said that the average price of Urals oil was $49.56 per barrel this February, 1.86 times lower than in the same month last year

MOSCOW, March 15. /TASS/. The average price of the Russian Urals export crude oil amounted to $50.8 per barrel from February 15 to March 14, 2023, the Russian Finance Ministry reported on its Telegram channel on Wednesday.

"The average price of the Urals oil in the monitoring period from February 15 to March 14, 2023 amounted to $50.8 per barrel, or $370.9 per ton," the report said.

According to the ministry’s calculations, Russia’s crude export duty will go up by $0.1 starting April 1, 2023 to $14.3 per ton. The export duty per ton will total $4.2 on light oil products and oils, and increase to $14.3 from $14.2 on dark oil products. The export duty on commercial gasoline and naphtha (straight-run gasoline) will equal $4.2 and $7.8 per ton, respectively. The duty on liquefied gas and clean fractions of liquefied petroleum gas will be zero. The coke duty will amount to $0.9 per ton.
