MOSCOW, March 13. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Foreign Minister of Iran Hossein Amir-Abdollahian noted record high trade turnover figures in the telephone conversation, the Russian Foreign Ministry said this Monday.

"A range of issues on the bilateral agenda has been discussed. The parties noted strengthening of the positive course in development of the Russian-Iranian multi-aspect cooperation. The satisfaction of achieved record high trade turnover figures was expressed, despite illegitimate unilateral sanctions against our countries," the Ministry said.

The Ministers confirmed the mindset for close coordination before in-person meetings during the conversation.
