TBILISI, February 2. /TASS/. Georgia exported more than 103 mln liters of wine to global markets last year, which is 28% more than in 2021, the government press service announced on Thursday.

"In 2022, 103,368,263 liters of Georgian wine were exported to 66 countries of around the world, which is 28% higher than in 2021," the statement said.

The National Statistics Office of Georgia reported earlier, in 2022 the country exported wine for $252 mln, which is 4.5% of all exports. Over 73,000 metric tons of wine were delivered to Russia last year for over $160 mln.
