Moscow, Manila agree to cooperate on traffic management center

MANILA, January 30. /TASS/. Authorities of Moscow and Manila agreed on Monday to start cooperation on the establishment of a counterpart to Moscow’s traffic management center in the capital of the Philippines, TASS reports from the scene.

"We have reached an agreement to form a working group of the Moscow government and the Manila authorities to exchange information and discuss topical issues," adviser to the Head of Moscow’s Transport Department Olga Pischikova said.

"We are going to explore the opportunity of creating a single transport data processing center, sharing the Russian capital’s experience. In the future, it may help to solve Manila’s problem with traffic jams, improve road safety and control transport in the city," she added.
