MOSCOW, January 30. /TASS/. A meeting of the OPEC+ Joint Technical Committee (JTC) scheduled for January 31 has been canceled, a source in one of delegations told TASS.
"The meeting has been canceled," the source said, without detailing the reason for the cancellation.
The JTC’s meeting was canceled for the third time in a row. No committee meetings were held last October and December, as sources in delegations told TASS at that time.
The meeting of the OPEC+ Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee is planned to be held in the videoconference format on February 1. Eight out of twenty three OPEC+ participants are members of the committee. These are Russia, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Iraq, Kuwait, Algeria, Venezuela and Kazakhstan.
