MOSCOW, January 30. /TASS/. The MOEX index rose above 2,200 points for the first time since January 18, 2023.

As of 17:16 Moscow time, the Moscow Exchange index grew by 0.5% to 2,200.29 points and by 17:28 Moscow time, the MOEX index was at the level of 2,199.74 points (+0.47%), and the RTS dollar index fell by 0.42% to 988.25 points.

At the opening of the trading session, the MOEX index reached 2,193.99 points (+0.21%) and the RTS index rose by 0.07% to 993.04 points.
