MOSCOW, December 26. /TASS/. The dollar to ruble exchange opening decreased by 32 kopecks to 69.88 rubles at the Moscow Exchange opening Monday.
The euro exchange rate also decreased by 1 ruble and 37 kopecks to 74.33 rubles.
The yuan exchange rate decreased by 0.9 kopecks to 9.911 rubles.
