Russian budget revenues up 10% YOY in January-September 2022 — PM

It is reported that expenses also gained 5.5% and totaled about $18.8 bln

MOSCOW, November 29. /TASS/. Federal budget revenues turned out to be above the forecast within nine months of this year and approximately 10% higher in annual terms, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said on Tuesday at the Cabinet meeting.

"Budget revenues are above expectations in January - September. They moved up by 10% against the like period of the last year and approached 20 trillion rubles ($19.3 bln)," Mishustin said.

Expenses also gained 5.5% and totaled about 19.5 trillion rubles ($18.8 bln). This was related in particular to the increase in payouts as part of social commitments of the government to citizens, the Prime Minister said.
