MOSCOW, November 29. /TASS/. Russia’s electricity production is currently 1.5% lower than last year, Energy Minister Nikolay Shulginov told reporters on Tuesday, adding that generation might go down by the end of the year.
"Currently 1.5%, and by the end of the year it may be slightly lower," he said.
