MOSCOW, November 28. /TASS/. The dollar rose by 16.5 kopecks to 60.7 rubles at the opening of trading on the Moscow Exchange on Monday. The euro fell by 48.7 kopecks to 62.4 rubles.

The yuan grew by 0.8 kopecks to 8.4 rubles.
