Sollers plans to launch crossovers production in Q2 2023 – Deputy CEO

ELABUGA, November 27. /TASS/. Sollers is going to launch production of crossovers at the plant in Vladivostok in the second quarter of 2023, Deputy CEO of the Russian automaker Zoya Kaika told reporters.

"We are looking forward to the start of making new cars under a new brand since the second quarter [of 2023 in Vladivostok - TASS]," the top manager said. "These will be cars; we expect it will essentially be the Mazda line. It will be the middle price segment; accordingly, crossovers," she noted.

New projects would replace Mazda CX-5 and CX-9 models that had left the Russian market, Kaika added.
