YAKUTSK, November 25. /TASS/. Russia has achieved digital sovereignty as foreign companies have withdrawn from the domestic market, Minister of Digital Development Maksut Shadayev said on Friday.

"We have already attained digital sovereignty since foreign companies have exited the domestic market. We are now left to our own devices," Shadayev said.
