NEW YORK, November 7. /TASS/. Twitter social network should turn into a source of the most accurate information in the future, new owner of the social network Elon Musk said.

"Twitter needs to become by far the most accurate source of information about the world. That’s our mission," Musk tweeted, without detailing how exactly he is going to accomplish this task.

The number of platform users has increased significantly after acquisition of Twitter, Musk noted. "As Twitter becomes by far the most reliable source of truth, it will be indispensable," the businessman added.

Musk closed the Twitter acquisition deal on October 27.
