Softline completes sale of its Russian business to founder

MOSCOW, October 20. /TASS/. IT solutions provider Softline completed the sale of its Russian business to the founder of the company Igor Borovikov, Softline said in a statement.

"Softline Russia is now a separate and independent business of the Softline group," the statement said.

On October 7, Softline announced its intention to proceed with the division of its Russian business. The Russian business will be called Softline Russia and the business outside the country - Softline Global, but in the future the global company plans to change the name and brand, the company said.

At the same time, Softline Global will retain its public status on the London Stock Exchange.
