MOSCOW, October 20. /TASS/. Discounts for Russian coal stand at 50-60%, First Deputy Prime Minister Andrey Belousov said at the Made in Russia forum.

"Owing to cheap energy resources, we, in particular, have managed to pass rather smoothly through crises present. Our coal discounts amount to 50-60%," Belousov said.

The same applies to mineral fertilizers and oil discounts are in place, which have reached $20-30 per barrel, the First Deputy Prime Minister added.
