Zara, Bershka owner may transfer Russian business to ‘friendly’ country

MOSCOW, October 18. /TASS/. Spanish fashion group Inditex (owner of the brands Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull & Bear, Oysho, Bershka, Stradivarius) is considering the possibility of transferring its Russian assets to a partner from a "friendly" country, for example, from Southeast Asia or the Persian Gulf. The business can also be transferred to a partner from the UAE, Kommersant reported earlier, citing materials from the Arbitration Court of the Samara Region from September 30.

Inditex's global office did not respond to the newspaper's request.
