WASHINGTON, October 5. /TASS/. US President Joe Biden has signed a decree, prohibiting prohibits the US Secretary of the Treasury from engaging in transactions involving the exchange of Special Drawing Rights (SDR) held by Russia or Belarus, the White House press service said.

The bill was earlier approved by the US Congress.
