VLADIVOSTOK, September 6. /TASS/. The Russian Energy Ministry expects that electricity exports to China will gain 20% year-on-year by the end of this year, Minister Nikolay Shulginov told TASS at the Eastern Economic Forum.
"The increase [will be] about 20% against the last year by the year-end," the Minister said.
