MOSCOW, August 25. /TASS/. The net profit of Beluga Group alcohol holding under IFRS in the first half of 2022 increased 1.9-fold compared to the same period in 2021 and amounted to 2.263 bln rubles ($37.83 mln), the company said in its report.

Revenue for the period increased by 36.7%, to 42.053 bln rubles ($702.98 mln). Gross profit increased by 54.5% to 17.199 bln rubles, operating profit increased 2.11-fold, the figure reached 5.129 bln rubles ($85.74 mln).

Beluga Group owns six enterprises and its own distribution system. It's best-known brands are super-premium vodkas Beluga, Belenkaya, Arkhangelskaya, Belaya Sova (White Owl), Mednaya Loshadka (Copper Horse), Myagkov, premium champagne Vogue, brandy Zolotoy Reserve and Bastion.
