"If we count all days of delay caused for us by the Lithuanians from time to time either on the Belarusian-Lithuanian border or on the Russian-Lithuanian border, it can be said there will be no delays in terms of goods deliveries [by sea - TASS]," Anton Alikhanov said.

Lithuania notified local authorities that it stopped traffic of goods under sanctions carried by transit from Russian regions to the Kaliningrad Region since June 18. It became known yesterday that restrictions also affected carriage by trucks. The Russian Foreign Ministry said actions of Lithuania are unlawful and contradict international agreements.
