VIENNA, June 1. /TASS/. Austria’s OMV paid for Russian gas supplies under a new scheme without problems, an official spokesperson of the oil and gas holding told TASS on Wednesday.

"We paid in May in accordance with the new method of payment. No problems were present," the spokesperson said.

Germany’s RWE and Uniper said earlier that they made payments for Russian gas under the new scheme.
