MOSCOW, May 24. /TASS/. Russian stores have high-quality products despite withdrawal of Western companies from the market, Deputy Minister of Agriculture Andrey Razin said on Tuesday.

"The products are still available on store shelves. Quality has been and continues to be ensured. People who worked at these enterprises are still employed," he said.

Razin noted that at the same time, the Ministry of Agriculture is closely monitoring the situation with the change of owners, but does not consider this a problem. "The key thing is that all enterprises in the industry are operating and it is emphasized that maintaining production is mandatory and unconditional," he said.

The Deputy Minister added that the emergence of new investors with financial resources and a new look at the industry only means that "someone else will make a profit".
