MOSCOW, May 2. /TASS/. Interros Group has acquired the processing company United Card Services (UCS), Interros said in a statement on Monday.

"Interros Group acquired the processing company United Credit Card Company JSC, known under the UCS (United Card Services) brand. The deal, carried out in the interests of developing the banking business of the Interros Group, was approved by the Federal Antimonopoly Service and the Bank of Russia," the statement said.

Interros Group intends to give a new qualitative momentum to the development of UCS services, in particular, in the area of integrated offers for small and medium-sized businesses, as well as to ensure the stability and uninterrupted continuity of the processing company's services for customers.

United Card Services is one of the largest independent processing companies in Russia offering a wide range of products and services in the field of payment technologies.
