MOSCOW, April 13. /TASS/. The ruble edged down against the dollar and the euro during foreign currency trading on Moscow Exchange on Wednesday compared with the previous closing.

According to trading data as of 10:20 am Moscow time the dollar exchange rate was up by 0.08% at 79.75 rubles, while the euro exchange rate was up by 0.09% at 86.33 rubles.

The dollar exchange rate was flat at 79.68 rubles compared with the previous closing as Wednesday trading opened on Moscow Exchange, while the euro exchange rate was flat at 86.25 rubles.

The MOEX Index was up by 0.47% at 2,553 points as of 10:20 am Moscow time, while the dollar-denominated RTS Index was up by 0.38% at 1,008.54 points. As of 10:00 am, the MOEX was up by 0.22% at 2,546.64 points, while the RTS was up by 0.21% at 1,006.84 points.
