MOSCOW, March 18. /TASS/. A group of Ozon bondholders established a special committee after the delisting of the company’s bonds totaling $750 mln, the Russian online commerce company said on Friday.

"Following the event of delisting, a group of bondholders established a special committee and appointed Houlihan Lokey as their financial adviser and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP - as the legal adviser for an orderly discussion with the Company aimed at finding a fair and sustainable solution for all stakeholders," Ozon said.

On February 28, NASDAQ suspended trading in Ozon ADSs along with securities of other companies doing business in Russia. Ozon has convertible bonds totaling about $750 mln, floated in 2021. According to the terms of the bonds, if trading in Ozon’s stocks on the exchange is suspended for seven business days and more, an event occurs entailing the right of bondholders to claim early repayment of the principal debt and interest accrued.

Ozon is currently preparing an offer for bondholders in view of the delisting and engaged financial and legal advisers, the company added.
