TBILISI, February 28. /TASS/. The Georgian government is negotiating with partners, including neighboring countries, the possible closure of airspace for Russia, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia Levan Davitashvili announced at a briefing after a government meeting on Monday.

"We approach this issue a little cautiously (the closure of airspace for Russia - TASS). We are consulting with partners, including the countries of the region," Davitashvili said, adding that Georgia's airspace is also used as transit by neighboring countries that perform flights to Russia.
