MOSCOW, February 28. /TASS/. Currency trading on the Moscow Exchange will open at 10:00 am Moscow time, according to a statement published on the exchange’s website.
"On February 28, currency trading on the Moscow Exchange will open at 10:00 am Moscow time based on the Central Bank’s decision," the statement reads.
