MOSCOW, February 21. /TASS/. The dollar-to-ruble rate increased by 30 kopecks compared to the closing level of previous trading and amounted to 77.6 rubles at the opening of trading on the Moscow Exchange on Monday.

The euro-to-ruble rate rose by 55 kopecks and amounted to 88.1 rubles.
