MOSCOW, December 27. /TASS/. The dollar-to-ruble exchange rate remained unchanged since the closure of the previous trading session and stands at 73.65 rubles as trading on the Moscow Exchange opened on Monday.

The euro-to-ruble rate rose by 1.5 kopecks to 83.2825 rubles.
