MOSCOW, December 17. /TASS/. The dollar-to-ruble rate fell by 0.25 kopecks since the closure of the previous trading session and amounted to 73.75 rubles at the opening of trading on the Moscow Exchange on Friday.

The euro-to-ruble rate increased by 0.5 kopecks and amounted to 83.58 rubles.
