MOSCOW, November 16. /TASS/. The dollar-to-ruble exchange rate decreased by 49 kopecks since the closure of the previous session and amounted to 72.01 rubles at the opening of trading on the Moscow Exchange on Tuesday.

The euro-to-ruble rate dropped by 40 kopecks to 81.98 rubles.
