MOSCOW, November 15. /TASS/. The dollar-to-ruble rate decreased by 16.75 kopecks since the closure of the pervious session and amounted to 72.72 rubles at the opening of trading on the Moscow Exchange on Monday.

The euro exchange rate fell by 10.75 kopecks to 83.17 rubles.
