MOSCOW, November 9. /TASS/. The dollar-to-ruble exchange rate remained unchanged since the closure of the previous trading session and stands at 71.2 rubles as trading on the Moscow Exchange opened on Tuesday.

The euro-to-ruble rate rose by 20 kopecks to 82.63 rubles.
