MOSCOW, November 5. /TASS/. The dollar-to-ruble exchange rate decreased by 18.5 kopecks since the closure of the previous trading session and amounted to 71.55 rubles as trading on the Moscow Exchange opened on Friday.

The euro-to-ruble rate fell by 27 kopecks to 82.99 rubles.
