Russia’s export duty on oil to decline to $62.8 per tonne from October 1

MOSCOW, September 15. /TASS/. Russia’s export duty on oil from October 1, 2021, will decrease by $1.8 to $62.8 per tonne, according to the Ministry of Finance.

According to the ministry, the average price for Russian export oil Urals for the monitoring period from August 15 to September 14 was $69.04 per barrel.

In addition, from October 1, the duty on light oil products and oils will decrease to $18.8 from $19.3 per tonne, on dark - to $62.8 from $64.6. The duty on exports of commercial gasoline will decrease to $18.8, straight-run (naphtha) - to $34.5 from $35.5 per tonne. The duty on liquefied gas will be $88, the duty on pure LPG fractions will be $70.4. The duty on coke will be $4 per tonne.

Currently, the export duty on oil is $64.6 per tonne.
